Production Capabilities
We recently added to our 12 high-quality profile lines, a precision puller and cutter with
capabilities of 2,250 cuts per minute as well as an in-line size monitoring
system with capabilities of measuring the exact OD, ID and wall section. In
2004 we purchased a new Davis Standard 2 1/2” – 24/1 extruder with hover
pads which facilitates our co-extrusion process. Our new equipment as well
as our existing Davis Standard extrusion lines allows us to produce quality
products and assure on-time delivery of even the highest volume jobs.
Tight Tolerances
With our skilled technical experts and precision equipment we are able maintain tolerances of +-.005” on diameters and cross sections. Our on demand cutters have capabilities of 2000 cuts per minute and maintain cut length tolerances of +-.015”.
